Ingredients: 3 egg yolks; 80 g honey; 10 Ajwa dates (about 90g, pitted); 250 ml whole milk; 250 ml double cream; 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or powder; 8 green cardamom pods; 1 tsp instant coffee powder; Pinch of salt; ⅓ cup old-fashioned rolled oats; ⅓ cup pecans; 20 g butter; 1 tsp ground cinnamon; Pinch of salt; 3 –4 Medjool dates (finely chopped)
