Peach Hot Honey Wings

can peaches in juice
drained and blended (about 200–220 g)

Instructions
Cook the Wings
Pat the wings completely dry using paper towels.
Add the baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika and soy sauce. Toss until every wing is evenly coated. No oil is needed.
Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 22–25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the wings are deeply golden and crispy.
Make the Sauce
While the wings cook, combine the grated garlic, blended peaches, honey, sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice and chilli flakes in a small saucepan.
Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
Cook for 5–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened into a glossy, sticky glaze.
Finish
Transfer the hot wings to a large bowl.
Pour over the warm peach hot honey sauce and toss until every wing is evenly coated.
Serve immediately while they’re hot and crispy.
