To a bowl add your wings and dry them with a paper towel.
Dry season your wings with garlic powder, onion powder, chilli flakes, salt,lemon pepper seasoning lemon zest and baking powder. Ensure each wing is evenly coated.
Place in the air fryer for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (or 356 F) or until golden brown on one side.
Flip your wings and then cook until golden brown for another 5-10 minutes.
Wings Coating
Combine your melted butter, mayo, seasonings and Parmesan together until you get a loose sauce (add more melted butter if needed to loosen the mixture).
When your wings are done in the air fryer add them back into a bowl and coat with the sauce you made.
Garnish with more Parmesan and and parley and enjoy your homemade flavour packed wings.
