Lemon Pepper Garlic Parmesan Wings

Ingredients
  

Wings

  • 1/2 kg Chicken wings (15 pieces)
  • Nib of Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 Lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder

Wings Coating

  • 75 g Melted butter
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 20 g Parmesan (3-4 tbsp)
  • 2 tbsp Mayo
  • Fresh parsley (optional)
  • 1 tsp Lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions
 

Wings

  • To a bowl add your wings and dry them with a paper towel.
  • Dry season your wings with garlic powder, onion powder, chilli flakes, salt,lemon pepper seasoning lemon zest and baking powder. Ensure each wing is evenly coated.
  • Place in the air fryer for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (or 356 F) or until golden brown on one side.
  • Flip your wings and then cook until golden brown for another 5-10 minutes.

Wings Coating

  • Combine your melted butter, mayo, seasonings and Parmesan together until you get a loose sauce (add more melted butter if needed to loosen the mixture).
  • When your wings are done in the air fryer add them back into a bowl and coat with the sauce you made.
  • Garnish with more Parmesan and and parley and enjoy your homemade flavour packed wings.
